Either way this is pure 'FRAUD' . If you are the person who is doing it USCIS will have ways to track it and it will come back during your Naturalization or at any time when u enter the country. If you are just trying to report this to authorities you can do so at your state DOL or write a letter to USCIS with details if you have it.

I am 100 percent of this view. IV core members should review this with QGA.
We are already hearing that the whitehouse is pushing this thing to conference even without full senate approval, perhaps they know something we do not, that in some form or fashion something is going to pass the senate.
Sensenbrenner is not a guy against legal immigration per se. Some of the core members know this from the S1932 experience. There was a guy by the name of "superman" who some of the core members are aware of, who lives in sensenbrenner's district and tried his best during conference in that budget bill.
We need to involve all those forces so that he does not resist our just and fair provisions. He must be made to realise that to have a clear moral argument about the illegals he must clearly support the legal immigrant provisions.

Your parents do not need A/V letter. They can supplement last 3 months of statements. If you still want to give a try. You can ask bank manager to send a letter with current amount on your A/C to the address mentioned on your A/C. which means, they are sending the information to the addressee on the A/C.
If I were you, I would wait until your job is done. Then, close the A/C with a reason specified "Not happy with service".
It will be helpful if you can mention the bank name on this forum for all our immigrant community.

Thanks for your time guys...just curious hopefully SB can help me...how do I find out my I-140 subcategory(skilled category or Professional).In my I-140 receipt notice under section it mentioned as Skilled worker or Professional, sec.203(b)(3)A(i) or (ii)
If your i-140 reciept mentions 'Skilled worker or Professional, sec.203(b)(3)A(i) or (ii)' Then you are good to go.....dont worry about it was applied as skilled worker.... you should not have any problem in getting the approval again if you company financial status is good..

If you use EAD it means you are abandoning your H1B. You have to be employed full-time (should be drawing salary on a regular basis to be in H1B/EAD status) but cant "just" work part-time.

Why do you even assume that the people who come here by winning the DV lottery are going to abuse the system just like that. One of the requirements to qualify for DV is high school education and work skill in addition to have been born in certain countries. Please look that up. So these people may not neccessarily have advanced degrees (although some may well have them) they are still educated and skilled people who after coming here will start working and start contributing to the society. Yes, there will be some exceptions but then I am sure there are few people in EB lines that abuse the system.

How did you come up with $745? I-485 application fees were $325 + $70 fee for biometrics. That makes it $395 per application or $790 for two applications. Maybe your lawyer gave you incorrect advice about the fees??
Just now my lawyer called to tell that she got all my receipts , filed on july 2nd but my wifes application was rejected for "insufficient filing fees", I had put in a single check for $745 , how can this be, it was both in the same fedex packet, she says it is some "mailroom error", so she sent back the application with a letter and my receipt copy to accept. No, Did not port to EB3, He is EB3, Filed for 485 in July '07 fiasco. He is consulting his attorney to see, what to do about the unusual approval. Also did not receive the FP, after filing for 485 in July '07 until last month, when they did the first FP mid-august. Pretty sure about that, from what I heard from my friend.

I find that Silverlight and related .NET stuff works extremely well cross-platform. Apps like Banshee (http://banshee-project.org/) are cross-platform (really, not like Flash and AIR which suck on Linux and Mac) and work wonderfully on every platform (alright, bad example: there’s not a Windows port at the moment, because of the underlying audio libraries, but it’s all C# stuff).

You shouldn't confuse porting I-140 using AC21 and H-1B - these are two different things.
You can start working for a new employer - using EAD or H-1B, while your I-485 is pending.
When people say that they have used AC21, they usually mean that they are using the provisions in AC21 (clarified by the Yate's memo), to port their I-140 to a new employer after 180 days of applying for I-485.
What do yo mean by siwtching employer using AC-21 and again H1B status? Do you mean that you have a H1B with the new company? In that case isnt that just a H1B transfer? noa Ac021 switch?
